What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check in from 2pm. Check out 10am.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, friendly pets are welcome year round, with terms in place. (At the managers discretion) Cabins requiring additional cleaning after a pet has been inside, may incur a $200 cleaning fee.

Will linen be supplied in my cabin?

The main beds are all premade. Linen is supplied for other paying guests, however, the beds are not premade.  If 2 people coming into the cabin are not sharing the main bed there is an additional charge of $10 for the single bed linen.

In Yadboro, Meroo, and Currowan house all beds are premade.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

All cancellations are required in writing with the reasoning for the cancellation.

During our peak season NO refunds will be given, including something that is beyond all parties control. It is also non transferable to other parties or dates.

In low season the first nights deposit is non refundable with more than 72 hrs notice.  If cancelled within 72 hrs the whole amount of the reservation maybe charged.

Except Yadboro, Meroo & Currowan house, whereby the first nights deposit is non refundable and within the month prior to arrival there are no refunds given for any further payments received.

Please note: No refunds will be given for early departures.

We suggest that travel insurance is taken out should you have unforeseen circumstances arise; as requests for refunds won’t be considered.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking due to COVID19?

All cancellations are required in writing with the reasoning for the cancellation.

If you no longer wish to travel due to concerns, pre-empting government restriction, contract COVID19 or equally if the event you are attending is canceled due to COVID19, then our normal policy applies.

Normal deposits and policy apply.

Bookings made in a peak period, (Summer holidays and long weekends) the normal policy still applies.

We suggest taking out your own travel insurance, even though we’re in Australia!

COVID19 Information

There are many COVID 19 rules and restrictions in place, when you are booking or entering the premises, you are agreeing to comply with any of the current public health orders in place.

Once you are here, there are a number of sanitizer stations around the park, please use them before entering any of the community areas or using the equipment. Please clean any community equipment used and tidy up after yourself. To avoid sharing, we don’t provide hand towels in cabins or the amenities, please make sure you have your own for use.  Please avoid all community areas if you are feeling unwell, get tested, and isolate.

At all times remember your social distancing and adhere to the allocated numbers in specific areas within the park. Please also keep good hand washing hygiene practices in place.

What if I’m going to be arriving late?

We have a safe across from the office where we can leave all you need in it.  Please ring us before 4 pm that day so we can give you the code to get into the safe.

Is there space for more than one car?

All our sites have space for one car, any extra vehicles will have to be parked outside the park on the road.

Can the children bring bikes/scooters?

Yes, helmets must be worn. We ask that they are not ridden on the tennis court and also be aware of their surroundings, i.e. vehicles and other people.

I would like to have some visitors come for the day, is this possible?

All visitors must report to the office before entering the park.  Visitors fees will apply of $10 per person per day or a family discount (2ad & 3c) of $35.

Can we have an open fire or wood BBQ?

We don’t allow either, however, we do have a woodfired pizza oven, a pot belly heater for those winter months, and electric BBQ’s to cook with.

Can I use a tarpaulin on the ground?

No, however a shade cloth is acceptable.

Do you have a dump point?

Yes, we have a dump point with character!

Do you have sites with ensuite?

No, we have one amenities block in the centre of the park.

Do you have smoking cabins?

All our cabins are non-smoking.  Cleaning fees of $200 will be charged for any cabins that have been smoked in.

How close are you to the beach?

We are a 15 minute walk or a 2 minute drive away.

How close are you to the shops?

It is about a 3-minute car drive to Mollymook shopping centre with a convenience store, additional food shops, newsagency, pharmacy etc. Ulladulla is approx. 4 minutes away in the car and it has all the main supermarkets and shops you should require for your holiday.

Do all your sites have access to power and water?

Yes, all our sites have access to 15amp power and water, however, some will require a longer lead/hose to reach the power box or tap.

Can I charge my EV at your park?

Unfortunately, Electric Vehicles are NOT permitted to be charged at the grounds.  The caravan park electrical current is not designed for such charges, and could cause issues within the park or even a fire.  Please use designated areas within the local area shown on Transport NSW website.  NSW electric vehicle charging map | Transport for NSW

Do you take groups?

We will take some groups, at the manager’s discretion e.g families, golfers, etc. However, we won’t take large groups of young people or footballers.
