AS FROM 23RD NOVEMBER 2019 ALL CARAVANS FOR SALE CAN BE PURCHASED BUT NO FURTHER LONG TERM CASUAL OCCUPATION AGREEMENTS WILL CURRENTLY BE AVAILABLE, THEREFORE CARAVANS & ASSOCIATED STRUCTURES WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE REMOVED OFF SITE.

The short term sites are entitled to stay up to 180 nights per year (not consectutively) & annual fees are paid quarterly, this includes your water usage.
The electricity is metered and a reading is taken quarterly.
